Try to do better

Try to do better. If we keep this as a rule of
life it will spell the difference between our becoming
a failure or success in the future.
Take Loenardo da Vinci, painter,architect,sculpture
engineer,anatomist,inventor,astronomer,stage designer,
philosopher,writer,actor and entertainer.
He was barely eighteen when he was apprenticed by
his lawyer father, Sir Piero Antonio, to Andrea del
Verrocchio, a painter who gave importance to perspective
in painting. His scientific attitude toward art exerted
a powerful influence on the developing genius of Leonardo.
Everytime Leonardo submitted a sketch to the great
painter, Verrochio would say,"Good but try to do better".
Da Vinci finished painting "the Last Supper," his"most
sublime" painting in 1498.It had taken him a long time to
paint. Aiming at perfection, he did his work slowly
and meticulously, always revising what he had done before,
and never quite satisfied with the results.
